The drawings are clearly marked with area designations and it is very easy for the team to understand a foreman’s plan as they walk the team through the work to take place next week.
Deciding which drawings to post and how to mark them takes some forethought and preparation. And teams need to change the drawings as the project progresses through different stages. The superintendent for the team above also makes it a point to align the drawings on the wall to correspond to the site.
