LeanProject Academy is excited to announce the launch of our Building Better Leaders program.
Building Better Leaders is a rigorous six-month program designed to quickly build leadership competency for leaders in project-driven organizations. The program teaches key leadership skills which you’ll practice in your current role, with the support of your peers and guidance of experienced coaches. Along the way, you will invent a leadership style for yourself that will begin to influence your entire organization. The program is designed and facilitated by LeanProject principals.
