We’re excited to announce a new offering from LeanProject. In September we are launching Building Better Leaders 2018. This 6-month program combines two in-person leadership workshops with regular lessons and remote coaching via video conference. Participants will work in small teams to develop leadership skills and practice these skills in their daily lives.
The ideal candidate has (or may soon have) leadership responsibility across multiple projects in the building industry, working for a contractor, designer, or project owner.
